All online or phoned-in orders, where there is product availability, will be processed within 24 business hours of being placed. We offer the widest and deepest variety of product and inventory across all the lines we carry. We accomplish this through a network of owned and contracted warehouses throughout the United States (over 200 locations) and a very efficient fulfillment system. As a result, our customers typically receive their orders very quickly.
Note: Some online orders require telephone order confirmation for quality control reasons. There may be delays in processing an order if our customer care team is unable to reach the purchaser at the phone number provided.
Product Availability
To make your shopping as simple as possible, all products on our web site carry a simple availability status:
Ships Within 24 Hours:
This means the product is in stock and will be shipped the same day the order is processed.
Waiting List:
This means that the item is currently not in stock, but you can pre-order (online or call). We fill such pre-orders on a first in, first out basis. Once the product is in stock, we will call or e-mail the purchaser for final order approval. Thus, "waiting list" is a great way to get a head start on products that are new or in short supply nationally, with no final commitment on your part to purchase until we confirm it.
