YES Network, DIRECT TV, Inc. and MLB.com have reached a multi-year agreement to present the first-ever interactive TV content for Major League Baseball. This interactive content will be taking place on the YES Network (Channel 622) broadcasts of the New York Yankees regular season games in its home telecast market beginning in July 2006. This special feature is only available on DIRECTV!
With this joint venture, the YES Network becomes the first regional sports network (RSN) in the entire country to offer its viewers true, single-screen interactive content.
