XM Launches New Satellite

| Around 7 p.m. EST on the day before Halloween, XM sent the XM-4 satellite into orbit. The launch went without a hitch from the Sea Launch Odyssey Launch Platform in the Pacific Ocean. The satellite is positioned at 115 degrees West. |
