DIRECT TV satellite TV has the solution… DIRECTV is launching a new technology to help their customers find the programming they are looking for a little bit easier than before.
With hundreds of channels to choose from, DIRECT TV has developed a feature called My TV Planner that helps customers find movies, TV shows and other programming events that interest them specifically. Customers can ‘sort by relevance’ within the seven-day programming guide window to identify the entertainment they want to watch and save themselves from searching through voluminous lists for something interesting to watch. My TV Planner, also allows the customer to rate a variety of current programming on DIRECTV, and in turn receive informed recommendations on newly added DIRECT TV satellite TV programming.
This new feature is the latest in DIRECTV’s efforts to make their customers viewing experience convenient and fun.
