You can cancel an order (or selected parts of it) without charge any time before it ships by calling us at 888-999-4217. Please have your order ID ready so we can assist you in this matter as quickly as possible. Please do not e-mail order cancellations or changes.

If an order has shipped, it is the purchaser's responsibility to accept the shipment and return the order pre-paid per our Return Policy. Orders that are refused at the designated shipping address will incur a 15% restocking fee (original equipment total less original shipping and handling fees) or a $25.00 charge which ever is higher.
