| DIRECTV offers several programming packages, starting at $29.99 per month for TOTAL CHOICE® FAMILY up to the most comprehensive programming package TOTAL CHOICE®PREMIER which includes more than 250 channels for just $93.99 per month. | What programming does DIRECTV® service offer? |
| The DIRECTV® service features access to more than 250 available channels of entertainment. Customers have access to popular networks like Disney Channel, CNN, ESPN and TNT, as well as up to 55 pay per view choices a day including major Hollywood films and special events. Hit movies start as often as every 30 minutes and they cost only $3.99 each when you use your remote control to order. DIRECTV also offers an unprecedented professional and collegiate sports subscription lineup, including NFL SUNDAY TICKET™, NBA LEAGUE PASS, NHL® CENTER ICE®, MLB EXTRA INNINGSSM, MLS DIRECT KICK™, ESPN GamePlan and ESPN FULL COURT. There's even more! The SPORTS PACK premium service included with TOTAL CHOICE® PREMIER or as an add on delivers sports action from across the nation. | What channels will DIRECTV be offering in the future? |
| It is a DIRECTV policy not to disclose information about any pending or potential programming offers. However, we do speak with a wide array of programming providers and constantly evaluate services based on the level of customer interest. Customer feedback is very important to us and, in the past, this feedback has led to the addition of new programs and channels. |

| With over 250 channels available, how will I ever know what's playing? |
| With the DIRECTV® System, you get a built-in on-screen programming guide that shows what programming is available in a concise easy-to-read format similar to your newspaper TV grid. You can even customize the on-screen for your particular needs as well as use many helpful search features. |

| How do I receive my local stations from DIRECTV? |
When you first placed your order for DIRECTV® service we checked to make sure that you had Local Channels available. DIRECTV is currently serving selected markets with Local Channels, selected areas may require special equipment.
Follow these steps if you require special equipment to receive local station signals:
- Use an outdoor, attic-mount or set-top antenna.
- Simply plug the antenna into the DIRECTV® Receiver and use your remote control to easily switch between local stations and other channels on the DIRECTV® System.

Order with your remote control by scrolling to channel 117 through 124 on your on-screen channel guide, by phone or order online.

*There is an additional $1.50 charge when pay per view events and movies are ordered by phone utilizing the automated ordering system or an additional $5.00 charge for an operator-assisted order. Event purchase prices are non-refundable. To order pay per view programming by remote, a DIRECTV® subscription is required and all DIRECTV® Receivers must be continuously connected to the same land-based phone line.

| Does DIRECTV offer a current listing of what movies will be showing during the month? |
Yes, you can view upcoming movies and special events in four different ways:
- The on-screen guide lists pay per view movies and events 72 hours ahead of schedule.
- Your monthly DIRECTV bill contains a listing of upcoming movies and special events.
- DIRECTV's programming guide, it has daily pay per view listings.
- DIRECTV's website features an on-line program guide.

| How are customers billed for DIRECTV® programming? |
| DIRECTV bills each month for most services. They bill for a full month of service at the start of your billing cycle. Pay per view movies and events appear on your bill after you order them. Payments are due approximately 20 days after the bill is sent. |
